At Excite, our Leadership Academy (LIT) teaches youth to “leverage the strengths of others to achieve common goals; and we develop interpersonal skills to coach and develop others.” Our goal is to provide an inclusive form of leadership development combined with exposure to STEM and physical activities that are designed to enhance the development of leadership qualities and engagement for all participants- those who hold formal leadership positions as well as those who do not - and to promote a process that is inclusive and actively engages all who wish to contribute. This fun time together will give you an introduction to valuable leadership skills, lots of fun activities and the opportunity to qualify for our summer employment opportunities and internships through Excite All Stars.

Excite All Stars is thrilled to be a part of our second Global Summit on Youth Sports this summer in London England. We are pleased to have EAS Program Manager and Mentor, Arion Broussard representing Excite at this global event.

Saturdays in September to November from 10-12 at DIllard University Tennis Center. Participants will receive leadership training and tennis instruction from Dillard University tennis players .

No cost to participate, but registration is required.
